Use of Site Restricted to Individuals 18 Years or Older

By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that you are at least 18 years of age.

Satisfaction Guarantee

I do have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you buy a plugin and for some reason discover it’s not what you expected or what you wanted, you can contact me for a refund. If you receive a refund, you must delete all copies of the plugin from your website, your computer, and anywhere else it is stored.

Licenses for Plugins

Purchasers of Kencinnus plugin source code can modify it for the site they are installed on. If you do not purchase the source code you may not modify it.

The files may not be distributed by anyone outside of Kencinnus, LLC except authorized contractors as specified. Only purchasers of the Developer level license may install the plugins on their client’s sites themselves. You cannot share any of the plugins you’ve purchased with friends, colleagues, or strangers. Usage will be tracked.

The tables below explain the specific terms and conditions for each plugin you purchase depending on the particular license you chose.

If for some reason you have a problem with a particular plugin you’ve purchased, please contact me and I will try to help resolve the problem. (This does not mean I will install the plugin for you; it means I will try to help solve your problem.)

The files are provided AS IS with NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF DESIGN, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Income Disclaimer

Just because you buy one of my plugins that can help you make money online does not mean you will actually make any money. As with any business endeavor, your results are based on your market, your product, and your own personal effort. No two people will ever get the same results.

Typical Results

While there is no good way to determine what results are typical among my customers, the majority of the feedback about my plugins has been positive. The plugins work as advertised. And in the rare circumstance where there is a problem, I do my utmost to promptly resolve the problem as soon as I become aware of it.

Services

In addition to selling plugins on Kencinnus.com, I also promote and sell my services, which may include: consulting, WordPress installations and customization, aMember installations and customization, programming, debugging, plugin upgrades and maintenance, and website maintenance.

While I do not offer refunds on services I provide, I will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you are thrilled with the service you have received. I recognize that referrals from thrilled clients are one of my best sources of new business. So I will work hard to earn your referrals.

Once a specific service has been fulfilled, I have no further obligation to work for you unless and until you pay me for another specific service. Ongoing free consultations are not included with paid services and should not be expected beyond the specific service you have contracted for.

Subscription Payments

When you purchase a recurring subscription, your credit card or payment account will be charged once every 30 days. If you cancel the subscription, your access to subscription content and/or tools will be revoked.

If you choose to re-activate your subscription at a later time, you will have to re-purchase the subscription at the then-current price, which may be higher than when you initially joined.

Server Requirements

My aMember plugins require that your server is running PHP 5+, MySQL 5+, and aMember 3.1.8 Pro+.
