The latest version of amProtect (3.0.0.06) can hide links to pages and categories in the new custom menus introduced in WordPress version 3.0.
The theme must be using these custom menus in order to take advantage of this feature.
You can have dynamic menus for your logged in visitors.
Also introduced in this version are two new kinds of custom widgets for amProtect: protected text widgets and protected menu widgets.
