Hi Ken,

Thanks for the explanation. Actually your information was not wrong. I watched the video on membershipacademy.com and it appeared to be different than what I was envisioning.

I appreciate you taking the time to explain it. That is exactly what I wanted it to do.

Are you available for installations of Amember and your plugins?

Thanks,

Jim

Hmm, I'm not sure what I said that made you think incremental content has anything to do with email delivery. I'll have to go back and re-read my reply. The way you describe incremental content is how aMember's plugin works. It protects folders on your system and only allows members into those folders on the day after their signup that you specify.

Week 1 - available immediately
Week 2 - available 30 days after signup
Week 3 - available 60 days after signup
etc.

That's what their plugin does. So, if what you want to "release" doesn't fit into a folder (because it really exists somewhere else like in WordPress) you set those folders up with a redirect to where the content really is. That is a necessary step. There's a good video about this at MembershipAcademy.com.

The amProtect plugin for WordPress piggybacks off of the management done by the aMember plugin. If you protect some content with a "Week 2" tag and the incremental content plugin hasn't released that yet, then they have to wait to see that content in WordPress. It hides the content and shows a message instead. You can configure that message to say whatever you want.

Hmm, that incremental content is not how i envisioned it. I don't want it to be based on email delivery.

I want it to be like:

Week 1, they click on it, they get access to it.

Week 2, click on the week 2 link/button, automatically becomes available 30 days later.

Week 3, 30 days later.

Etc...

Can this be done that you know of?

Thanks for your help.

Hey Jim! Thanks for the interest in my plugins. Right now I don't have one package price to get all of my plugins but there is one package that gets the core marketing plugins and that I am calling amSalesFunnel. It is the first graphic image in the middle column on the right-hand side of the page. There is an incremental content plugin you can purchase from aMember and then you can use the MembershipAcademy.com incremental content widget to show them their content so far in the WordPress sidebar. But more importantly, I've recently updated my amProtect plugin for WordPress to also work with incremental content, so you can protect partial content within a post with incremental content to drip the content to them. You still have to create outside folders for the aMember incremental content plugin to redirect to the posts but it can drip feed content within WordPress now. It's kind of new but I think I have most of the bugs worked out of that new feature. Hope this helps! Ken

Hi Ken,

I forgot I posted this. Is amAnalytics available yet.

Is there a package price for all of your products?

Also, do you know of a plugin that works with WP or Amember that allows you to drip feed the content?

Thanks,

Jim
